Ordering of empty boxes

Thank you for deciding to use our boxes and packaging material.

We schedule all our vehicles the day before and until this is complete we will be unable to give you a time. We will send you a notification the evening before the delivery takes place. Bear in mind there will be jobs both before and after your delivery, so it’s not possible to change the time at that stage.

Times can change due to traffic conditions but we will endeavour to update you where possible. You can log in to check the time on your account. If you are not going to be at home, please tell us where you would like us to leave the boxes (making sure your chosen location is well hidden). The boxes will be delivered to you in a large plastic bag. We suggest completing the online documentation around the same time you’re doing the packing.
