End of your storage period
This is just a reminder that you left your belongings with us. Now it’s time to arrange for them to be returned to you. Before you call, remember we do require a minimum of 3 working days notice to finalise things for you. We will need to prepare your final invoice for you to make payment and for our depot to prepare your boxes for delivery – so please give us plenty of notice.
If your delivery address has changed to another area of the country then we need at least 7 days notice to move your boxes to the new location. This will also impact on your charges as we will then need to charge you for our separate Mini Moves service. Once you receive our invoice please log in and pay online to avoid any delay.
