When your shipment arrives

Once your shipment arrives at the destination port, it takes a maximum of 2 weeks to be cleared and unpacked at our import Hub. This is included in the Transit Time you have been quoted. Once your shipment arrives at our Hub you will be contacted to pay the Final Instalment and, if they arise, tax and duties, then arrange your delivery. Don’t forget, you can change your address any time prior to the arrival of your shipment at port, but once it has arrived and the documentation has been presented to Customs, Quarantine & Security Authorities, unfortunately, there will be a charge.
