How to prepare sports equipment and musical instruments to ship to Thailand
Are you heading off on an adventure holiday? Thailand is an ideal destination for outdoor sports thanks to its mixed terrain and sunny climate! As well as excess baggage, you can send golf bags, bikes, surfboards, and more. From mountain biking along scenic routes in Chiang Mai to surfing gorgeous blue waves, visitors travel worldwide to Thailand for the pleasure.
As with suitcases and rucksacks, we'll box your sports equipment into specially shaped, chemically strengthened shipping containers at our nearest depot. But please ensure your items are securely prepared before collection. Include original bags or cases and wrap everything in several layers of bubble wrap.
Remember to clean and dry all equipment thoroughly. Failure to do so could result in delays or fines if environmental agencies in Thailand discover any organic matter. Check out our Thai Customs Advice page for more information before packing your baggage shipment.
