Blackouts in South Africa cause internet connectivity issues
Unfortunately, unexpected blackouts in Johannesburg are causing intermittent internet outages. Typically, our office relies on solar power as a backup during load-shedding periods, but this now needs time to recharge, and we are currently using a generator for power.
These issues may make it difficult for our customers to contact us via phone and email and slow our response time. However, we are still operating as usual, and we sincerely thank you for your ongoing patience.
